How to reach us

EAMAN welcomes questions from community members, volunteers, donors, service providers, faith communities, schools, nonprofits, and public agencies. The contact form is the best starting point for general inquiries, partnership ideas, program questions, and requests for accurate organizational information.

Our physical mailing address is 5747 Mount View Road, Antioch, Tennessee 37013, United States. Please do not arrive without an appointment unless an event has been publicly announced for that location. Program schedules and meeting arrangements may vary.

For enrollment, use the dedicated enrollment form so that your request can be organized by program area. For volunteer service, use the volunteer form. For donations, use the donation page. This helps EAMAN route messages responsibly and respond more efficiently.

Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, bank account details, medical records, immigration files, or other highly sensitive documents through the website. EAMAN will never ask for a password. If a future matter requires documentation, an authorized representative should explain the purpose and a safer method of delivery.

EAMAN aims to respond respectfully, but response times may vary because the organization depends on available staff and volunteers. Sending a message does not create a professional, legal, medical, financial, or client relationship. Urgent emergencies should be directed to the appropriate emergency service or qualified provider.

Partnership requests should explain the organization, proposed activity, intended community benefit, and contact person. EAMAN may review whether a partnership fits its charitable mission, capacity, values, and responsibility to community members.
